In order to conduct our business effectively and communicate with you, we need to process information about your representatives and contacts.


We deal with names, email addresses, and phone numbers of representatives and contacts to enable good communication.

We believe that the information processing takes place in the interest of our customers and partners, and that our interest in handling a contact’s contact information outweighs the contact’s interest in not having their information handled. The contact details we register about representatives and contact persons may be communicated to actors we cooperate with regarding invoice management and, in so far as necessary, contact information is provided to our subcontractors/freelancers. We save the contact information of customers and partners for as long as we have a business relationship. Information necessary for our accounting is saved for a period of seven years from the end of the commission or partnership, in accordance with current accounting rules .

This is your contact information and the information that you provide to us in your cover letter, resume, and other attached documents.


At the start, only our HR personnel will have access to the information but it may also be disclosed to companies and consultants, such as recruitment companies and second-party experts, to assist us with the recruitment process. We will save your data during the recruitment process, and also for a reasonable period afterwards for possible future recruitment needs.
