At Brave Zone, we handle personal data as a part of our daily work. We value your safety and security and, therefore, we make sure that we protect the personal information you share with us.

In our business, we process the personal data of our customers’ and partners’ representatives. In these cases, Brave Zone is responsible for the personal data.

Sometimes, we also deal with personal data on behalf of our customers, giving us access to digital platforms or customer mailing lists. In these cases, we are personal data processors and we ensure that we keep data and systems secure.

For those who seek work with us via email, we will process your application documents. Brave Zone is responsible for the personal data for this handling process.

Customers and Partners

Thank you for selecting Brave Zone as your communication agency and/or partner!

In order to conduct our business effectively and communicate with you, we need to process information about your representatives and contacts.

We deal with names, email addresses, and phone numbers of representatives and contacts to enable good communication.

We support our processing of information with a legitimate interest. We believe that the information processing takes place in the interest of our customers and partners, and that our interest in handling a contact’s contact information outweighs the contact’s interest in not having their information handled. Everything is with the aim of maintaining a good business relationship.

The contact details we register about representatives and contact persons may be communicated to actors we cooperate with regarding invoice management and, in so far as necessary, contact information is provided to our subcontractors/freelancers. In such cases, we ensure that the data is only handled in accordance with our instructions and is kept secure.

We save the contact information of customers and partners for as long as we have a business relationship. Information necessary for our accounting is saved for a period of seven years from the end of the commission or partnership, in accordance with current accounting rules .

Job Applicants

How great that you want to work with us at Brave Zone! To process your application, we need to save your personal information that is necessary for the application procedure. At the start, only our HR personnel will have access to the information but it may also be disclosed to companies and consultants, such as recruitment companies and second-party experts, to assist us with the recruitment process. We will save your data during the recruitment process, and also for a reasonable period afterwards for possible future recruitment needs. If you do not want us to save your information for future recruitment possibilities, you are welcome to contact us at the address below to have it deleted.
